Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Gradient Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including quantity, size, material, finishing and artwork. A quote may change if those details change. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the content of your artwork, including spelling, phone numbers, prices and dates. We send a digital proof for every order, and printing begins only after you approve it. Once approved, errors that appear on the proof are your responsibility. Colors on screens and home printers can differ from printed results; we print to industry color standards and minor variation between runs is normal.
Your content
By submitting artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or other rights. We may decline any job we believe is unlawful or infringing.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We may require full or partial payment before production begins.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround starts after proof approval and payment. Ready dates are estimates and may be affected by equipment issues, material availability or carrier delays outside our control. Risk passes to you when the order is picked up or handed to the delivery carrier.
Reprints and refunds
Please inspect your order on pickup or delivery and tell us about any problem within 5 business days. If an order has a defect caused by us, such as a printing or cutting error that differs from the approved proof, we will reprint the affected items or issue a credit. Because every order is custom, we cannot offer refunds for errors in approved artwork or for change of mind.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed events.
Website use
Site content is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
